Be careful moving here
Be sure to record every conversation you have with management (if you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone) about money or anything related to your lease. You'll talk to one person who says one thing, then another who completely contradicts them and suddenly they act like you made the whole conversation up.
They've also increased my rent by $600 in just two years, which is absolutely ridiculous. They advertise this place as
"luxury," but it's far from it. My "brand new" carpet smelled... like wet dog, and the unit had peel-and-stick baseboards mixed with wood throughout. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy from the previous tenants, and even the paint colors didn't match from room to room. But yet they charge top dollar. The only positive about living here is the neighbors they're genuinely nice people. Everything else has been a headache. They keep your deposit no matter how good you clean on move out, so don’t count on getting that back. I moved out and I’m still deadline with them. No one responds to email or phone calls but is quick to take your money. So unprofessional and this company needs to get looked into. If you're moving here GOOD LUCK.
