I absolutely love living here! The management, leasing staff, and maintenance team are all wonderful. they do a fantastic job keeping everything clean, tidy and well-maintained. Everyone is so friendly-they always say hello with a smile and go out of their way to make sure residents are taken care of. I truly appreciate the care and attention they give to the community. It makes such a difference.

The setting is quiet, peaceful and open. There is a feeling of safety and comfort. Front Porch and Back Patio invite residents to relax create their best personal space to relax and enjoy in as often as they can. Interior rooms offer ample space to make a comfortable nest for always relaxing and looking forward to coming back to.

Everything’s perfect, especially in the morning. So peaceful and calm. But it’s just a struggle to walk on the driveway because the golf course is prohibited.

We’re fortunate to have such beautiful views of the golf course,... and we understand how inviting the paths can look. However, the golf course is a separate business, and we are not permitted to walk on the paths designated for golf carts. Walking on the course can be dangerous, as there’s a risk of being hit by a golf ball. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we’re always here if you have any questions or need help finding walking routes nearby.

I have lived at Canyon Woods for a year and a half and have enjoyed it immensely. The grounds are beautiful, the apartment is nice quality and the location is close to many amenities. I would highly recommend touring the apartments and check it out.
