Falcon Bridge at Gale Ranch

Falcon Bridge is an incredible place to live. Not only is it beautiful and well-maintained, it's also staffed by a kind, professional, and proactive management team. I love the environment too, since it's out of the city and a good night's rest with quiet nights is almost always guaranteed. It's also very conveniently located—only a couple miles away from gas stations, a shopping center including Target, Whole Foods, and many great places to eat, and walking distance from a Safeway!

This… apartment community really does feel like that—a community. The neighbors know and look out for one another, and it is generally a very safe, family-oriented, and happy place to live. The management team, as I said before, is such a pleasure to work with and always responds to my questions and needs promptly and effectively. The maintenance team works and responds quickly to problems (I've called in about a few minor apartment problems and they've always fixed it within 24 hours).

Some of my favorite qualities about Falcon Bridge (I live in a 1-bedroom apt) include my own detached private garage, the large bathrooms, balcony with storage closet, spacious rooms with lots of natural light, a well-designed layout, central heating and AC, and my own washer/dryer! The kitchen is a bit small, but I do love the gas stoves and dishwasher :)

There aren't many cons to living here other than at times, kids can be rather loud playing outside, but it's never an issue during quiet hours. Trash day can also be loud, since the trash area is right outside in the middle of our apartment buildings, but even then, it's only loud for one day when the truck comes. Last but not least, living in the Bay Area always comes at a high price tag, but I appreciate that this community understands middle-class needs and tries to keep rent prices fair so it's possible to actually live here.

I highly recommend living here as it's quiet, friendly, convenient, and beautiful, and the actual apartments have well-designed floor plans and feel pretty sturdy.
