Nce community in San Ramon
Pradera is a nice community in San Ramon. It’s quiet, clean, and feels pretty safe. The area around it is great—close to parks, and all the basics.
Just a heads-up though: these are income-restricted apartments. So not everyone can qualify to live here. If you do qualify, it's a pretty affordable option compared to the rest of San Ramon, which can be super pricey.
Overall, it’s a good spot if you're looking for something budget-friendly in a solid neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com
