No complaints!
I lived here for two years when my husband and I chose to move closer to work. Otherwise, we wouldn't have left! I've experienced 4 other apartment complexes in the last 12 years, and this one is my favorite by far. My friend had recommended their complex and when we mentioned their names, the office staff immediately knew who we were talking about which I thought was sweet that they take the time to remember their tenants considering it's a bigger complex! Being able to have my ESA pet was... important for me and they were extremely accommodating despite the no pet policy. The apartment itself was very clean and well kept, so we had no complaints upon move in. The views overlooking San Ramon were amazing. Bonus points if you have a corner unit with an extra window! Work orders were completed within a timely manner no matter how low the priority was. After moving out, we did a *very* quick surface clean and were pleased that we were not charged an arm and a leg for move out costs and even received a portion of our deposit back.
