Wonderful experience so far. Only improvement I would mention is the light fixtures outside near the sidewalks and walking paths are broken and falling over. Everything else is exceptional.

Very nice and clean and good vibes. I like the location and the space. The studio is very spacious and has a ton of storage. Highly recommended.

A great community with a lovely Leasing office staff. Maintenance is hands down the best and very responsive to anything that needs attention. If you like modern living, this is the place. Occasional issues in the community but they are quick to respond and address the issues.
