My experience so far has been fairly average. The facilities meet basic expectations, but there is room for improvement in terms of upkeep and attention to detail. The staff has been polite, though the level of engagement varied at times. While everything functioned as needed, the overall atmosphere didn’t feel particularly warm or memorable. I appreciate the effort, but I believe there’s potential to make the experience even better.

Cozy and close to Santa Clara University.
I can walk to the store, coffee, boba, food, the Hut. The hot tub is warm, the pool is clean, the maintenance is quick. It's nice.

The leasing office staff are not transparent about their policies and communication is often not clear. One of the staff members in particular can be very rude.
