I’ve had a mixed experience living at Domicilio. The apartments themselves are modern and the location is convenient, but management and security issues have made the experience frustrating.

One of the biggest ongoing problems has been parking enforcement. I pay for a reserved parking space, yet unauthorized vehicles repeatedly park in it. Management requires vehicles to be tagged for 24 hours before towing, which makes the reserved parking feel ineffective and defeats the purpose of paying... extra for it.

There have also been concerns regarding security on the property, including reports of stolen tires/wheels from vehicles. Noise issues and maintenance follow-up have also been inconsistent at times.

That said, the maintenance staff and some office staff members have been friendly and helpful when reached directly. The property has potential, but management needs to improve responsiveness, parking enforcement, and overall resident support to justify the premium pricing. Read More

Lovely place. The facility is clean, well-organized, and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming. I’ve had a great experience living here so far.

My experience has been frustrating. Reserved parking is not enforced in a timely manner, making it difficult to rely on a space I pay for. Maintenance has also lacked follow-through. For the cost of living here, these issues should be addressed more seriously.

This place is loud, poorly managed, and not worth the price. There’s constant noise, and safety is questionable — I’ve seen tires stolen directly off cars in the parking area.

Parking is basically useless. You can pay for a “reserved” spot and still come home to someone else parked in it. Management won’t tow for 24 hours, so you’re essentially paying for something you can’t even use.

Maintenance is just as frustrating. I had a work order... skipped because they claimed I “wasn’t home.” I was home, and I had already approved entry without me present. That tells you everything about the level of follow-through here.

Before signing a lease, read the other reviews. You’ll see the same complaints repeated over and over, which makes it clear these issues are ongoing and not taken seriously. Also worth noting: they offer gift cards for reviews, which likely explains the number of 5-star ratings.

You will always feel safe and taken cared of in Domicilio! Each time we have had any issue like a light bulb not working or clogging the sink, they have been really helpful and always offer a fast fix! Carlos from the maintenance team is truly great and we love to see him around (honestly everyone working here is so kind and helpful). I would definitely recommend living here :)
