Love the swimming pool and the spa alot. Would appreciate if the spa is cleaned everyday since leaves keep falling. The clubhouse is very peaceful and neat too. Love the apartment space! Looking forward to continuing staying here!

Great Experience while living at Domicilio! I have been living here for more than 2.5 years. Services are on point and good amenities. Great location to rent anyone who work in Bay area.

I am saddened to leave this review as I had a great overall experience living at Domicilio. The location is convenient, the amenities are solid, and day-to-day life in the community was enjoyable. For most of my lease, things went smoothly and I would have been happy to recommend this property.

Unfortunately, the move-out process left me incredibly disappointed. My final statement included charges that did not add up correctly, especially with utilities and cleaning fees. Despite my rent... payments including utilies, I was still billed again for utilities at move-out. On top of that, the cleaning fee for my one-bedroom was unusually high, with no clear breakdown provided. I returned the apartment in the same condition I received it so it felt unfair to be charged as if the unit required extensive work.

I’m not the only one as all of my friends who also lived here (grad students who are extremely clean and responsible) were charged anywhere from \$400–\$800 over their security deposits for “cleaning.” It seems to be a pattern, which makes the move-out process feel more like a way to squeeze extra money from residents (that are mostly students) than a fair accounting of actual costs.

I did reach out to management to request clarification and documentation, but it was upsetting that these discrepancies were not caught earlier and addressed.

If you are considering living here, know that day-to-day it’s a nice place, but make sure to document your apartment carefully at move-in and move-out, and keep all of your billing records. The community experience is good, but the way move-out charges are handled left me frustrated and disappointed.
