We had a great Experience staying here
We lived here for 2 years and we had a great experience staying here . The Property manager Gemma is really nice . She always makes us feel comfortable and very responsive to every concern ,maintenance ticket we raise . She is very approachable . The neighborhood is calm and people enjoy staying here . All the maintenance requests will be handled immediately and having a person 24 X7 with in the community also is a great help . The lake, gym, community hall, swimming pool , are added advantages... here. I would definitely recommend this community .

Lived here for 6 years now
I moved into this complex October 2009 and have enjoyed every minute of my stay. I feel safe having a manager on site and fortunate it something goes wrong the maintenance manager is on site also. The residents here are friendly and many times we have had complex gatherings and BBQ's.
The grounds make you feel like you are living in Carmel with all the trees creek with ponds on each through out the property.
I management of the complex is always on top of her game and at any time I needed... repairs they have been completed timely.
