POST LEAVING CHARGES LEFT A HOLE IN MY POCKET.
I was a resident of this place from Jan 2017 till Nov 2020 for almost 3 years in 2 different apartments and I would not recommend this management group community for any future resident.
They didn't charge much when I switched my first apartment in the same community because they wanted to look nice. When i decided to leave, they charged me a lot of money and nullified my $500 deposit.
The rent looks reasonable but they would charge with proration for the carpet though it is in good condition… and available for next tenant in good condition. That alone costed $800.
They are charging for each wear and tear item and was charged more than $1500 dollars when i left.
I paid higher rent as per contract but still they didn't adjust rent as per the post covid rental guidelines. They literally stuck with paper contract and tone deaf on covid difficulties for people.
They don't respond to emails when you ask questions regarding the money that you pay.Review from Apartments.com
