Excellent I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment unit at Montecito, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Winnie was an excellent guide throughout the tour. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to all of my questions, which made the visit both informative and enjoyable.
