Passero has phenomenal staff and maintenance team. A special shout out to Jacob for his excellent help, he helped move us in and has been amazing to work with from the start of our tour, all the way to our move in date.

I want to recognize Zaid for providing an outstanding experience throughout my journey at Passero.

This review comes after living at Passero for about a month, and I can confidently say that my positive impression from the initial tour has continued through the move-in process and my first month as a resident.

From the very first tour, Zaid was friendly, welcoming, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to thoroughly show me all the facilities and amenities at Passero and... provided detailed explanations about the community, the leasing process, and what to expect as a resident. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. Instead, he focused on answering all of my questions and making sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

What stood out most was the amount of time and attention he dedicated to ensuring I was comfortable and confident in my decision. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help were major factors in my decision to choose Passero as my new home.

The exceptional service continued during my move-in. Zaid personally walked through the condo with me, carefully reviewing all the features, settings, and building amenities. He was extremely thorough and made sure I understood everything, which made the move-in process smooth and stress-free.

Even after move-in, Zaid remained helpful, responsive, and willing to assist whenever needed. Having now lived here for a month, I can say that the experience has met the expectations he set during the tour, which speaks volumes about his honesty and professionalism.

I have also been extremely impressed with Passero itself. The community is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The common areas, amenities, and grounds are consistently kept in excellent condition, and it is clear that the management team takes great pride in the property. The community has exceeded my expectations and has been a wonderful place to call home.

It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism, patience, attention to detail, and genuine customer care as well as Zaid does. He has consistently gone above and beyond to help, and I truly appreciate all of his support. Passero is fortunate to have him on the team, and I highly recommend both the community and working with Zaid.

I have lived in the Passero apartment for over 6 months now. It definatly has the best leasing team among most apartments in the bay area. Zaid and other team members are very responsive for all inquiries, and try to help as much as they could. Appliances fix comes in very fast, leasing team immediately get back for any questions. The amendities are great, it has 2 pet spas and large hot tub. Common rooms are nice and clean all times. I really like this place. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living at Passero for about 6 months now and it’s been a great experience. The tour was amazing, even though I looked at so many places, I fell in love with Passero the second I saw it. The view from my apartment is everything, and it’s surprisingly quiet with no noise issues. The neighbors and staff are all very friendly, and the move-in process was super smooth.
Zaid has been incredibly helpful every step of the way!

Feels like you live in a hotel
Best of all dealing with profetional, friendly and very responsive team.
The only downside is lack of available parking that is actually due to high density of surrending buildings. You must pay extra for building parking.
