noise, noise, and more noise

Kids just run around screaming for several hours per day. The apartment manager Julia, is quite sympathetic to the parents. Good luck having any sort of quiet enjoyment when you come home from work.

Crazy noise

There are many children in the community who often ride bikes and skate in public spaces (courtyard), which is very dangerous. Their loud screaming severely affects other residents. Although the community manager has issued notices, we don’t see any improvements. If you enjoy noisy screams, this is the perfect place for you.

This property like a old shiny building with all defective roots.

I've been residing here for a year, and it's been characterized by continuous maintenance work. Every two weeks, water supply is disrupted due to necessary repairs affecting all apartments. Online rent payment is not an option. Additionally, every other month, residents are requested to relocate their cars from the garage for repairs. Presently, there has been ongoing courtyard renovation for the past three months, causing significant noise and temporary relocations for all residents. Choosing… to live here has proven to be quite challenging.

Outstanding management

The apartments are a little thin-walled but we loved the location and the secure premises. Marina (property manager) was really helpful on our move-in. Unfortunately, we had to back out after our move in date and Marina was very responsive and courteous. She went out of her way to help us through the process.

Great community and management! 5 stars to Marina!

Very comforting

I have been living here for 3 months and I am already in love with this place. It's very secure, friendly neighbor, everything is accessible around this place and there is plenty of room for everything in these townhomes. Marina (property manager) made the entire moving process super easy.
