Love the hospitality from the representatives in the leasing office. The apartment complex is older but the inside of the unit is kept up pretty well. So far, moving in has been running smoothly.

Very nice. A few tweaks in the layout and general planning stages would have mad Tuscany that much better. Like a pool long enough for lap swimming (25 yds) with lines on the bottom. A building layout easier to get around in as well as easier to access the courtyards ( only access is from parking lots). A punching/boxing bag in the fitness center as well as a rowing machine. Slightly wider parking spaces...all seems for a compact car.

I just moved in and I have already had my packages stolen from my front door. The lack of security at the apartment is incredibly disappointing. The alarm in the mail room is also on 24/7, and the floor consistently smells like trash.
