Villas on the Boulevard

Actively continued to take rent from my bank after I moved out, never called me back to fix the issue even after 10+ phone messages over 2 months.

Only way to stop them was to file a fraud claim with my bank.


Aside from that, also lots of homeless in the area, feels unsafe to walk around the neighborhood at night.

We made the right decision to move here in Santa Clara, best decision to live at Villas on the Boulevard. We have nothing to say but all good things about the management and the community. I see a lot of friendly neighbors and the maintenance of the building is amazing. The rent is increasing after our 1-year lease but I will not even going to be bothered because all other apartments are the same.

The folks in the office are very nice and answered all my questions. The building itself is beautiful inside - I didn't expect it to be so big and new. I LOVE the pool and outdoor kitchens for pool parties. The apartment finishes remind me of home (I love the subway tiles and tall kitchen cabinets) and have a lot of light. The prices everywhere in San Jose are high, so this apt. was no more than all the other modern places.

Apartment is affordable for new applicants. They give great move in specials which bring down the price by a significant amount. However, the year later be sure to pay way more than what other apartments are offering in the vicinity. The management changed after I moved in and I have had a great experience with the maintenance. Valet trash service is totally worth paying for. Security is a problem, I had my car break in once, in-spite of it being a gated community.
Overall, I am pretty satisfied... with my stay here. I wish the prices for existing residents and new applicants were not too apart so that I do not have to move out! Read More

I've lived here since Sep 2018. I move to Villa on the Boulevard only because the referral from my friend. But the management team has refused to provide the referral bonus as they committed on the website and has been delaying answering questions ever since I moved in. This is very unprofessional and I will warn any potential residents to keep all your communication records for your own benefit.
