We are pet enthusiasts, please note that they must be up to date and kept up to date with vaccines and vet during your tenancy. You will be required to submit a non-refundable $300 pet fee, $1,000 pet security deposit, plus $50/month for each pet residing at the facility.

The house has an open kitchen with a view of the living room area, making it especially great for hosting get togethers as you can both prepare food and socialize with friends and family. The loft area is perfect as additional hosting space, but it can also be used for an at home office.

Solar, HOA, water, waste and lawn maintenance are covered by property management. Tenant pays electrical, gas. HOA offers pool access for two facilities.
