Three years and counting...
My husband and I have enjoyed living at the Bridgeport Coast Community. The staff is friendly and helpful and we love utilizing the communities amenities. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars to the Community is the rent increase. You would think that a company would do what it takes to keep tenants renting. With increasing the rent each year it makes it hard for me to want to renew.

Bridgeport Coast
The complex is nice, always kept clean. Friendly neighbors & the maintenance staff is one of the best in Santa Clarita. Like most apartment living, if living on the first floor you can hear the neighbors upstairs. Like the toilets flushing, the start of the washing machine, etc. Speaking of, there are full size washer & dryers in the units yay! The complex is in walking distance to eateries & the paseos which is great. It's a quiet place to live in Valencia

Bridgeport Coast
I love living in Bridgeport Coast in Valencia, it's a beautiful community surrounded by paseos and lots of walking trails. You don't feel like you are in a large city like LA - yet I can walk to a grocery store, CPK and walgreens. You will love living here.

Life at Bridgeport coast
We found these apartments when looking in the high priced area of Santa Clarita. What drew us in was the $1,550 a month rent for 2 bd 2 ba with only a $100 deposit. The complex itself is very clean and well kept with great pool and gym amenities. I have to say the employees are my favorite part, but not the girls in the office. I am talking about the maintenance guys and the lady in charge of grounds keeping. They are wonderful people and give the apartments a very friendly feeling. I would... continue to live here if it were not for the increasing rent.
