Great!

This place is perfect in terms of location in Santa Monica. It can't get much better! It's just far enough back that it's nice a quiet at night and still close enough to all the action. The courtyard is very cute and I always feel safe and secure. There could be some updates in the apartments, but the price I pay is so great that I won't complain! The management has been so great to us. Every time there is an issue, someone is here to fix it pretty quickly which is great! I'd recommend this… management company to anyone!
