Safest and most luxurious rental building in LA

Living at The Park Santa Monica has been amazing! Sean the manager and his team are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The free fitness classes with Coach Erica are such a fun perk, and the one-acre rooftop is always spotless and beautifully maintained. It is perfect for swimming, relaxing or enjoying the views. Security is top-notch, making this the safest building in West LA, and the convenience of having Trader Joe’s just an elevator ride away... (without stepping outside!) is unbeatable. If you're looking for luxury, convenience, and a real sense of community, this place is it!
