During my time in the apartment, there were several maintenance issues that need attention. The air conditioning and heater were not functioning properly for an extended period. The microwave was also not working for quite some time, and the thermostat was not operational, making it difficult to control the temperature. In addition, the oven is quite old and would benefit from being replaced. Addressing these items would help improve comfort and overall living conditions.

Very nice staff, easy and friendly to work with. Parking is pretty convenient. The gym isn’t very clean and the pool over hot days is often shut down for maintenance.

Been very happy living here. We have been here for almost 2 years and we have no complaints. We did have noisy neighbors for a while but that has been solved
