Quiet community, lovely landscaping, easy to access pool, community bbq and fire pit and playground. Assigned parking which makes it nice to not have to worry about where you will park each day.

I have enjoyed living at Santee Villas, the community here seems nice but I am not real involved. Easy access to local hiking and walking distance to the park. Not far from hiking at Mission Trails. The landscape renovation is looking real nice in some areas. My apartment has been largely free of issues save for occasional minor fixes and burnt out lights.
