Summit at Sausalito

I would not recommend living at summit at Sausalito. Our individual unit has an incredible view and the apartment itself has been ok with some maintenance hurdles (most notably sewage backing up into the bathtub), but the downsides of the property broadly have outweighed that in the last couple of years. Despite what may be management’s best efforts, there doesn’t seem to be a sense of responsibility of the community to maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents to enjoy.

I've really enjoyed my new place at Summit at Sausalito. The location is incredible being so close to San Francisco and Mill Valley. And of course Target ;) The apartment is spacious and I particularly love the views of Richardson Bay and the Headlands. The in unit washer/dryer is also incredibly nice to have. I look forward to taking advantage of the trail access and other amenities here. The leasing process was really easy and pleasant. Best maintenance team I’ve ever had at an apartment complex.

Finding a proper apartment is never easy, but we're truly grateful to have found Summit at Sausalito. It's a quiet community with reasonable prices and an amazing view. Throughout our home search, Kait was incredibly helpful--she patiently gave us several tours and took the time to answer all our questions in great detail. After we moved in, a few maintenance issues came up, and the maintenance team handled everything promptly and efficiently. All in all, this is a place I would definitely... recommend to others! I love my apartment, the neighbors and the staff at the Summit. I have lived here a year and still love it as much as I did when I moved in.
