I am living here at The Enzo I am I enjoying the modern industrial style and the location which is accessible to everything the location is unbeatable. As most people know it is difficult to find good customer service these days or for that matter any customer service. I must say that from the moment I made contact with Medik who assisted with viewing the unit and then all the details that went into the renting and signing of the lease she couldn’t have been more accommodating. She attended to… my every need with her warm and professionally demeanor. She has made herself available and has gone above and beyond ! That leads me to Raffi who is hands on with anything that needs attending to in the unit. He takes care of it all and is most personable and very caring. These people take a personal interest in the property and the people that live here and it is much appreciated.

I currently reside at the Enzo and I couldn't be any happier. It has that industrial and modern touch that I LOVE. It's so quiet and peaceful here, and everyone in the complex is so kind. You have to call and make an appointment to be able to visit any units. They don't just allow anyone to waltz right in to ensure the privacy and protection for all tenants. Medik helped us find our new home and has made every step of the way a pleasure experience. Raffi and their team helped with mounting… our television to the wall, and fixed anything that needed attention immediately. If we ever have an inquiry, it's just one call or text away.

Place looks like a flop house.

Dark and rank on the inside. Dreary like someone is just collecting rent to fund their illicit activities and looking to shut the place down any moment.

No one to help you even look at a place. No one answers the 'front desk' call box. No phone number online to contact anyone.

Floors look like concrete loft floors, but it is sectioned off into rooms. No microwave. Exposed wiring and ducts. Water leaking out of the cut off, non-functioning water fountain in the… middle of the 'lobby'.

I enjoyed my tour at the Enzo because I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. My private lifestyle was noted and accommodated immediately. I was able to rent a unit without having to put my name on the lease which was a big plus for me, I used a corporation without any hassle. I have been living there for about 6 months and I can honestly say I will not be considering moving anywhere else once my lease expires. The management and maintenance has been on point since day one. I feel safe… when I get home late at night because of the security cameras that are constantly being monitored (I know this because its the first place I have lived where my packages have not been stolen.) The location is perfect, I'm seconds away from walking to Ventura Blvd. or just minutes away from hopping on the freeway. If you have lived in LA, you know how hard it is to come by. If you value your privacy and enjoy modern luxury, do yourself a favor and move into the Enzo! I was bummed out to find out they didn't have a pool but after moving in, I realized that a pool would only make the building noisy. Free high speed internet was also a big plus so as long as everything stays the same, no complaints from me. Read More
