Malaga Apartment

This Apartment building could use a coat of paint on the outside of it. The interior common hallway could use a new rug and paint as well. The apartments themselves are well kept and there is a pool on the premises. Wood floors in my apt are very nice. Paint in my apt. is good as well. Central air and heat. Dishwasher will never disappoint. Nice park across the street with many activities there. Pool, baseball fields, tennis courts, all in the public park across the street as well. Gated parking... lot.
