Needs Improving

This building was a lot nicer when I moved in, in 2019. I recently moved out as I no longer think it is a "luxury building" as there were never any updates or upkeep being done to keep the building pristine.

The front of the building is visible dirty. The steps leading to front door were filthy and the building itself looked like it never had been cleaned/power-washed or repainted.

People are constantly slamming their doors at all hours of the day and night, kids running in the halls yelling... and at the pool area, and people smoking marijuana.

The best thing about the building is the location. Great street parking for guests and walkable to stores and restaurants.

We are sorry to see this comment as we take great pride in constantly maintaining the building, from new hallway flooring, repainting (all the hallways were recently done), landscaping, and so on. We have no complaints that we know of... regarding any smoking or "children running in the halls" so we are not sure why someone wrote this but we are of course looking into it. We pride ourselves in creating a beautiful place to live in the best location!
