TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Absolutely ridiculous property management. The office always seems to be closed, and the property manager never answers or returns voicemails. I’ve left several messages and have received no call back at all. Communication is extremely poor and getting in touch with anyone is nearly impossible. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Ignored After Move-Out – Partial Refund Only

We were residents for 3 years and always took excellent care of our apartment. Unfortunately, after moving out, only part of our deposit was returned. We mailed and emailed them multiple times, but never got a response. It’s been over two months with no explanation. It’s disappointing to be treated this way after being respectful, long-term tenants.

Never live here

They never return deposits. During two years of living there, no one was ever present at the office, it was impossible to reach them by phone, and any issues related to breakdowns caused by old equipment were resolved very slowly or not resolved at all. Never live here.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE

Have been trying for multiple days to get in touch with someone via phone and email and no one has answered. Terrible customer service. How do you expect to rent a property if you don't answer the phone or respond to an email?
