unwelcoming management
The property manager was extremely unwelcoming. rushed me out had no desire to answer any of my questions told me the add was just for marketing,she was not pleasant at all. I don’t recommend this place.

Wonderful experience
Su a wonderful experience. Lea is extremely helpful and so pleasant to speak to. She is extremely organized and prepared, the property is beautiful, clean and well-maintained with many amenities and perks. I would highly recommend

Resort Living
I have lived here at Patricia Parc over one year. I have been happy living here. It's like living in a small vacation resort. I also have easy close access to the grocery stores, bank, gym and pool. The courtyard area with a fireplace and barbeque areas are an added great feature. I was fortunate to get a garage. I've had the pleasure of meeting some nice neighbors too!

Great experience!
I was one of the first to move inn to this beautiful complex and its been wonderful! The sense of community with the neighbors is strong and Leah has been amazing to deal with through this whole experience.

Beautiful place horrible management
Leah the manger just has no idea what she is doing. Very nice lady but has no idea. She misinformed us and promised things to us like a parking garage “which was included”. When we later asked she denied what she has pervious told us. It’s a beautiful place but horribly mismanaged
