Nightmare. On move in day I was sprung the news my stove is broken. After weeks and weeks of run around, it was fixed 2.5 months later. Many other things in unit I had to fix myself that weren't move in ready or operational.

An onsite manager that was extremely loud working out of a dump truck in front of my window all year. This was the worst, he often blocked my ability to exit my apartment with my bike or surfboards. There was constant chaos out front of my door with whatever project he was... working on that day. And it was consistently at-least 4 days a week. This screwed up my sleep and quality of life.

Just sad, you pay all this money and they can't keep their end of the deal. So you get the location, but tons of stress from the above. Read More

From the pictures above you can tell these are not nice apartments but even those pictures mislead you to think they are better than they truly are. I'm not sure when those pictures were taken but the property looks nothing like that anymore. There are cockroaches as well you can hear every step you neighbors take, trash fills the grounds outside and there is not manager to talk to about any of it. I hate to right a bad review but I want to save someone from making the mistake I did. Nothing was... fixed when I moved in from the previous tenant though I was told it would be, and I'm sure they will try to keep my deposit sadly. Don't get scamed save your money. Read More
