Area rangers strictly enforce all vacation rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc), and the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000. To avoid citations, follow all community rules as outlined in the Welcome Book and observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please only park in designated spaces (garage, paved driveway, carport or parking lot). Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street. Camping on the property is not allowed. This 2-story house requires using 2 exterior steps to enter. While 2 of the home’s bedrooms are accessible on the 1st floor, an interior staircase is required to reach the home’s main living space, kitchen, and 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the front and rear exteriors of the home overlooking the front yard and backyard.
