This property has had a number of break-in's. I lived there for 2 years and had my bikes stolen and someone came onto our patio and stole some sheep skin rugs. We alerted the owners multiple times and they did nothing. Other tenants were robbed as well, there are security camera's but there are so many transients and homeless in the area and no working gate that it's a bit of a free-for all there.

When we moved out the landlord kept all of our security deposit claiming that the unit needed... brand new carpets and paint. After renting a unit for almost 3 years those costs should fall under wear and tear and should not have to be paid by tenant.

Bottom line, you live here you will get robbed by transients and the landlord. Read More

The good
These apartments are bigger than the average apartment you would find in the are. The prices are great. The current manager is awesome and gets things done, he is cool with everyone and anyone who says otherwise was probably doing something they shouldn't.

The bad
The walls are super thin and a lot can be heard by neighbors. The owners are cheap and won't fix major things like getting better windows. The people keep to themselves and you can't depend on a neighbor unless you get me... for a neighbor. :) Read More
