The long-distance relocation Dream Team!
I cannot say enough good things about Claudia and Michelle at the L’Estancia leasing office. Their kindness, good humor, and willingness to go above and beyond has made all the difference in the stress of my cross-country relocation. I have peace of mind knowing I’m moving to a beautiful apartment home with such dedicated staff. They even took photos of the unit I leased and emailed them to me to ensure my comfort with this long-distance transaction. I can’t wait to move in!

The BEST building in Studio City and the whole area!
By far the best building in the valley and probably in LA!
We lived there for 10 years in 3 different apt. And the only reason we left was bc we bought a house.
Not only that this building is super clean, quiet and beautiful the people who are working there are incredible! So professional, so kind, and always there to help and solve problems super fast!
Denise, Antonio, Bernie, Roy and Angelo thank you for beautiful 10 years we will never forget you ??????

This is home
I truly love living here. The whole staff is amazingly kind and helpful. The building is well taken care of, from the gym to the grounds. They keep the hallways, elevator and all the common areas clean. I’ve lived here since April 2019 and I will be renewing my lease this month for another year. The location is perfect and centralized to get to a number of freeways quickly.
