450 - Harbor Breeze

The apartment itself is in great shape and really cute. The manager and the maintenance guy are great. But the shared laundry room is never cleaned and smells gross. They have some cockroaches that they are trying to fix it. The grounds are nice and well maintained. My biggest thing is the trains that go by at all hours and the fact that my neighbors smoke and it comes right into my apartment, too. For me, it's not good but someone else might like it.

I came here to see an apartment and not only fell in love with the area, I was also very impressed with knowledge that the manager shared with me as well as the obvious care that she has for others. The apartment seems well taken care of and it is clean and they did a great job in remodeling it.
The buildings are spread out and it doesn't feel like a regular/typical apartment building. There is so much breathing space and is so close to the waterfront.

Overall this apartment has no excruciating issues, only some minor inconveniences. My unit was fully renovated prior to my move-in, but the work performed was subpar and incomplete. The apartment is rather small, does not include a dishwasher, and laundry is shared. New management has recently been hired, which appears to have been a smart move.
The outdoor areas of the complex are well maintained, and it's nice being so close to the slough in Suisun City.
