I've lived here for years and have no complaints. This property has switched ownership a few times which seems to improve each management. The new owners even added a play structure. Seems like a lot of new things being added to the community at once which can be overwhelming at times but once it's done it's done. Office staff are very responsive when it comes to work orders the maintenance are on it immediately. I can agree with the review below regarding the cheaper blinds but to be honest all... apartments have those blinds so no big deal. The community over all is quiet lots of parking and great location. I just signed a 13 month lease and hope this new management stays because I enjoy the changes being made.

Awful Housing Experiences
The walls are super thin so get used to your neighbors hearing you doing the business with your partner and you will hear your neighbors. The curtains are from dollar tree as they always break and fall down. The pool is absolutely disgusting as the water changes colors. They hardly ever clean it. Kids will throw the tents and chairs inside the pool so have fun with that. Management will harass you by constantly calling you about how much money you make even though you already provided that... information during the verification at the beginning. If you look closely, you will see some people throw their dog poop bags on top of the leasing office.. I think that tells you enough what the tenants think of management. The corporate office does not care about the tenants as they don’t follow up on complaints.
The only positive is the dog wash room. However, I did see a used condom in there one time soooo yea.. If you’re into all these things, then do yourself a favor and move HERE!

Village Green Apartments
Clean,well maintained complex. The staff are very courteous and helpful with most problems. The one common area offers a large pool and hot tub that adjoins the office. The complex is right next to shopping, dining, banking and fast food. Also, access to one of the largest wildlife preserves in the United States is about three minutes away.
