Fountains at Point West

This place looks nice but once you become a resident all of that changes. The staff is nice in the beginning but I have seen many different instances when people say that changes after moving in. I have been living in this complex for 2 years and for over a year the staff allowed harassment from a neighbor and claimed there was nothing they could do about it even tho I presented video footage. I have seen where they show favoritism to certain people as well. if you want to rent the community... room they have very particular hours that you are able to use the room but for staff members they allow for those rules to be bent. It doesn’t matter if you pay your rent on time they will allow you to be forced in an uncomfortable living situation. I have seen many people move out and now I understand why. People say they try to anpply bogus cleaning fees annd one person had to take them to small claims court and win. Instead of resolving the solution the only thing the management offers is to let you out of your lease for free. literally every day there is a land mine of duck and geese poop yet they expect you to dodge. They allow residents to feed stray cats which follow people who do not like cats into their home. This was reported as well of course with no resolve, as a matter of fact, the office person who I reported it to was chatting with one of the people the next day as she fed the stray cats. I feel it's important to share my experience at Fountain at Point West, where I have lived in Apartment #3024 from October 2018 to February 2025. Unfortunately, my time here has been marked by serious issues, especially concerning management under Sylvia.
First and foremost, security has been a glaring problem. Recently, my red Mercedes had a tire and wheel stolen, resulting in an $8,000 loss, which is particularly frustrating given that I was paying for... garage rent and utilities. Additionally, I have faced multiple incidents of theft, including groceries and over $2,000 worth of personal items. This pervasive lack of security has made life here increasingly stressful.
Furthermore, I have concerns regarding the management's response to maintenance issues. I have been dealing with a cockroach infestation for the last three months, and despite my repeated reports to management, adequate action was not taken until I decided to leave. Sylvia Arrezolla " Sylvia Azola@bridgepm.com" the property manager, has not demonstrated the level of responsiveness and diligence that residents should expect. The numerous complaints from fellow residents regarding similar issues underscore a systemic lack of effective management.
Additionally, I have paid for services that I was promised, yet the value received has consistently fallen short. Residents should feel secure in their homes and confident that their concerns will be addressed promptly, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
While I have appreciated certain aspects of living here, the overall management has failed to uphold basic responsibilities in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback that prompts necessary changes for the benefit of current and future residents and iam not make sure the Management will Do Because I was really Suffering ." The property is never properly cleaned. Take a look in the hallways upstairs. Cobwebs, dust, trash, dog urine, and other litter are always present. The fountains is now a swamp due to a "broken pump". The amenities close when th office closes and they don't care about tenant concerns. Also, the gated community is a joke when all the gates are broken. Think twice.

I could write a novel but I will just say this:
Security is non existent and in the past year, the windows have been broken out of my car 5 times. The most recent was this week. This happens in an underground, gated garage that has had a broken gate for months. We pay extra to park here.
The management and owners take no responsibility for the safety of the residents or their cars.
There is never a week that a homeless person is not knocking on my door or a porch pirate is not looking for... items to steal.
There is never a week that I do not encounter a person fully inside the dumpster picking through the trash.
I caught a couple climbing up a balcony to get access to an apartment at 2am. I found security sitting in a lawn chair near the office with headphones on.
For years it was a beautiful, well-managed property. It's horrible now.

It’s a place to live, I’ll give them that. I have had equal issues with the old AND the new management. We came here because we liked the area and the amenities. We didn’t expect the laundry facilities to be hugely lacking, and when it ate 10-15 dollars worth of our card money, management did NOTHING to help us get that credit back for laundry. It’s small but it shows that they didn’t actually care. They did nothing about our upstairs neighbors who had way too many people living up there and... would be making a racket until 10-11 pm when my fiancé wakes up at 3 am for work. Lastly, the maintenue is terrible. I had to call to make sure my maintenance request was received and I now have to sit in 85+ degree heat in my apartment for the foreseeable future since no timeline was given to me.
