Very good apartment, in very good locality, very less issues. Occasionally water heater doesn't work, but they fix it soon. Management complains lot about mould issues in bathroom, even though you keep it clean, because of lack of ventilation, mould will reappear, be prepared to pay cleaning fee. Small community and friendly environment. If there is something Cambria has to improve, they should not give false commitments to tenants. Recently I moved out and I was charged for utilities for the... period I didn't stay. I had to pay rent until next tenant moved in as it was lease break, which is perfectly fine. I didn't get the point why I need to pay utilities bill even for the period after move out date. I did not use any utilities and still I was charged, I have no clue what rules kick in for deducting deposit money. unfair way to charge moving out tenant. Read More

If you love screaming, disrespectful children running around unsupervised at all hours of the day and night then this is the place for you. The kids disrupt the property by breaking sprinkler lines and playing in the muddy water, making "sandcastles" in the dirt next to the walkway, and throwing balls against the walls of the apartment complex. Oh and their parents are no where to be found and can't be bothered when asked to speak with them. Numerous times have the kids been asked nicely to keep... it down and that this is not a playground, but they continue to run around screaming and laughing. This place is very expensive for such a small apartment size, and my car was also broken into here.
