No matter how mildly they walk, the top floor is always noisy. I guess construction fault. Regret the stay. Not at all worth the rent price!

Very frequent water shutdown from early morning to late night. No early notice whatsoever. No permanent fix even after multiple outages. Stay away.

If you are one of those people who want to have roaches as your roommates, this is the place for you.

My boyfriend and I were looking for an affordable short term place for the summer. We are from far away, so we couldn't visit the place beforehand. We signed the agreement because all of the photos and reviews seemed good enough. After packing all of our belongings, traveling for hours on a plane, carrying all of our belongings, we just wanted to rest in our new "home". Boy, we were in for a... heck of a night. As we slowly started to unpack, we would find a roach or some bug every five minutes. Open the cupboard, and BAM, critter running like lightning. Go into the closet, and BAM, walk into the bathroom, and BAM. Within an hour, I was on the verge of tears. This was no place a person could call "home". It was already the camp of the roaches. We also found the corpse of many deceased roaches. I may be sensitive to bugs, but even my boyfriend had gone into shock. We sat there all night, speechless. There was no way we could sleep, as we knew a critter would be crawling on us within minutes.

At 4AM, we decided to just stay at a hotel. As soon as the sun came up, we went to the leasing office and asked to move out. We lost several thousand dollars, even though we had been there one night (and we hadn't even slept there). This remains one of our worst mistake's in our lives, and the memory is scarred in my brain. After having lived here for 2 years, I recently moved my family out. The rent just kept going up and up. The very small size and age of the apartments and old decrepit kitchen appliances/bathroomfixtures didn't warrant the big increases in the rent rate. The water got shut off a lot during our stay there due to the plumbing I heard, but the staff was always courteous and prompt with maintenance issues. The complex has a problem with bugs, silverfish that are in everyone's apartments, and... roaches that they can't seem to control. Might as well get your monie's worth if your going end up paying premium rent to work and live in the silicon valley. Read More

Major portion of the resident is from ASIA.
Some apartments has patio,some don't.
Pool, a small gym, tennis court,washer and dryer in facility, covered card park.
You will enjoy quiet place with lot of greenery.
Apartments don't have exhaust for kitchen.
You have to pay for garbage and water but needn't have to pay for gas.
In brief, the apartment rent cost is much higher than that the room deserves. The price is for the good locality it is in.
