I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I recently moved in, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Everything was handled within 24 hours, making the move-in experience quick and stress-free. The apartment was fresh, clean, and move-in ready, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. While there is some construction happening next to the property, it hasn’t been disruptive at all. Work usually starts around 7:30 AM and finishes by about 3:30 PM, so it’s... been very manageable.

A special thank you to Jon for making the move-in process so easy and efficient. I’d also like to thank the maintenance team, especially Manuel (if I have his name right) for being so helpful and welcoming. The management team has been incredibly responsive, the amenities are excellent, and overall I’ve had a wonderful experience so far. For the most part, everything here is quiet, neat and clean. In the beginning, there was a pest control problem in our unit which took a few months to resolve so that was our only issue with living here. Another issue is that tenants seem to have their packages stolen quite a bit (I've lost multiple Amazon packages) since they are revamping their lockers. Otherwise, maintenance responds pretty fast and the amenities are nice.

Everything is fine, except there are a lot more bugs and pests in the common areas/hallways/staircases. Some bugs also wander into the apartment. There are also some cracks that have been showing up on the walls.
