I was looking for a chance to get out of apartment renting but was not yet ready to take on buying a house with Bay Area high pricing. This was the perfect match for my needs. Buying a house can be intimidating if you've only rented in the past. My new home here at Community Systems Rent-a-Home is single story, offers my own two car driveway, covered patio, side and back yards and even a separate storage unit in my yard for my seasonal items. The utilities are metered just for me so no more… paying high pre-determined apartment utilities. I have the comfort of my own trash cans and recycling containers that are picked up weekly right outside my home, my mail also comes directly to my home. My home is cooled in the summer by an indoor cooling system, I have lots of windows and large spacious rooms. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Unlike buying a home if something needs fixing they have a professional staff that comes to fix it.
