The person who collects the rents (not really manages anything else) will not treat you well.
1. He never answers your calls and when he does he gives you an impression that you are taking his time.
2. Even if your rent is 1 day late he charges you $100 and he even comes personally to collect it.
3. When I wanted to move out I hired a professional carpet cleaning person and cleaned the house completely. I paid $139 for that, but he charged me $150 extra for carpet cleaning. When I asked him why... he charged me he wanted me to send him evidence. I sent him the receipts and photos. He then told me to do whatever I like and never answered me again.

First off, these apartments are tiny i felt like i was living in a box. Yet, management will happily let 4 member families stay on the top floor above you despite this being illegal. Good luck sleeping when all you here is the pattering of running feet back and for at all hours of day and night. The apartments are not upkept very well and mine had not been remodeled in almost a decade. Yet, they will not hesitate to try to charge top market rent for these dumps. Amenities...haha that's a joke,... there are none and there are literally to washer machines for the whole apartment and one is broken almost every week. No pool, no gym nothing but looking at their prices you would think they had all that.

Second, the manager who collects the rent is literally crooked and evil. This guy lost my rent check on not one but two occasions! And get this dude had the nerve to serve me with a potential eviction notice without even contacting me to find out what happened despite having lived there for 3 years and always paid my rent. After calling him and telling him that i mailed my rent early he called me the next day and said he found my check under a stack of papers. Super disorganized. Worst part was he lost my check again the next month.

I lived here for 3 years and was late on rent once. Honest mistake, i forgot. Yet, this guy forever held this against me. When i was getting ready to move, the manager became hostile. Maybe he was mad i was moving i dunno but he wouldnt even complete a rent verification for me for an apartment i had applied for. The aparment i had applied for said they never have this issue with managers of other apartments. I had to pay and extra $500 deposit because this guy couldnt simply verify that yes i lived her for 3 years and obviously paid rent to live there that long.

In summary, i would not wish this place on my worst enemy. There is nothing positive i can think of about living here and i could go on with negatives but i think you get the picture. Read More
