The community is well-maintained, quiet, and welcoming. Management is responsive, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the overall living experience has been very positive.

The apartment community seems nice. The outside is maintained and clean. The area is safe and there's a nice park near by to walk to. The parking is good. Multiple guest parking available at any given time day or night. Mail room is secure and clean. Leasing office is clean. Gym is clean.

The ants went away after a year and the plaza is pretty chill. It’s been a good experience. EV chargers are hard to get a turn with but it’s still nice that they’re there!

This is a very quiet community not riddled with crime, break ins, or other problems that lots of other places are infested with. Feels peaceful to live in this little but beautiful stretch of land tucked away in this part of the valley.
