Developing into a lovely place to live
In April 2026 my husband and I initially experienced an inefficient move in process unfortunately made worse by my husband's necessity to move for work with only a few weeks' notice. We recieved the keys 6 days after arriving in California due to a combination of communication errors, delays within the leasing office, and a lengthy application process. This was initially discouraging, costly, and painfully inconvenient given our situation at the time, which the leasing office was for the most... part unaware of.

I ended up writing a letter communicating every overlooked issue that had occured unintentionally and likely without notice, and the leasing office called me personally. They apologized in earnest, made it clear that they intended to make things right, and thanked me for bringing to light aspects of their office functionality that could be attended to. I did not expect such a caring response, and have since felt valued as a tenant and grateful for the genuine intention to improve and provide a better experience for all tenants. I predict that this location will continue to develop into a welcoming and accomodating place to live.

I believe we moved into a recently remodeled unit, and it is certainly much more comfortable than what I've seen described in older reviews. I am generally happy with appearance and functionality and we have not yet had any issues requiring maintenance. While living here they have also reconstructed multiple flights of stairs, so it's clear that they value improvement. I am satisfied with our choice to rent here and if I had a friend moving to the area I would reccomend :')
