This property is beautiful and well maintained in a great area with beautiful hiking trails nearby. The apartments and community are very quiet. Charles is the property manager here and provides exceptional service and help from touring to leasing to move in date. He is prompt in his responses and incredibly pleasant to work with. This was by far one of the most pleasant moving experiences I’ve ever had, and it was a big move across the country too. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

Westlake Canyon Apartments is a nice, quiet place to live in Thousand Oaks. Prices are high but they are much higher elsewhere and the management team is the professional, responsive friendly. If ever any repairs are needed they are done quickly and well. Thank You!

Westlake Canyon Apartments is a great place to live, with excellent management and great maintenance and support staff. It's quiet and tenants are respectful. Great area to live with nature and shopping seconds to minutes away.
