What a NIGHTMARE.
There was a fire in the parking garage that ended up burning my entire car. 7 cars were burned to the ground. The landlord had no remorse and made no compensation what so ever. I had many personal belongings in my car and had asked for compensation as the fire started in there complex. It took the manager over a month to response and tell me I’m out of luck and that they are no responsible.
My power went out 3 times as well. It took maintenance for 8 hours to come fix the issue.
Don’t say... here!! There are so many better options for your money.

Landlords will not respond to emails
We moved in and immediately the lining of the bathtub and sink began peeling revealing dirt stains from previous tenant. 7 months later and the landlords have cancelled all of our maintenance requests and will not respond to emails. On top of this we do not have the parking spot guaranteed in our contract since another tenant is paying for use of our space. Do not move here
