Rent Increase Every Year

This place is for you if you like to get your rent increased every year. Last year, major construction happened for months, which caused lots of inconvenience and nuisance, but as a token of appreciation, they increased the rent again.
In the past three years, the rent has gone up by 22%. It seems like the owners like to get people to move out, then spend money on the unit and advertise for less than the increased rent amount, and then have the unit sit empty for a month, losing rent instead of...
having a regular tenant with a slight increase.
