Eli Kai Apartments

The apartment has new managers now and I want to give them 5 stars. They care about all of tenants and even for customers who comes in for a tour, they help all of people as much as possible. They can do most of repairs and fix in the same day. Very fast work. They are very communicated and always smile. They take their job seriously.

Manager is rude and just start shouting on people for no reason. I have lived in many rental apartments but never saw this rude manager. I don't think he cares about his tenants. I would have given 0 stars if I had an option.

First, there was a major termite infestation (not sure if it’s been corrected, but cosmetic work has been done), and water gets into the walls.
Second, the rental agreement states that they can evict you for no reason at all at the end of your year, and that’s exactly what happens. Do Not plan to live here for more than a year. They renovate around tenants and keep them cycling through.
I also agree that the management is rude.

So first off unlike this ad saids they don't allow pet but not only that but the manager is rude he is very short with you when you meet he acts like he could careless about anything you have to say but don't except him to answer any questions and if you call he might talk to you for a minute if your lucky before just hanging up on you. Don't waste you time!!!
