Harbor Cove Apartments

We called to inquire and the staff named Evelyn who took the call was very rude. She did not help at all, did not want to put our names on the waiting list. She said that there are 3 pages of waiting list and we said we're okay to wait. She shuts us down saying people are waiting for a year. We told her we were referred and she said everyone is being referred and to stop calling them. She is turning away potential tenants/renters. The manager was not in and when I asked to talk to the manager... Evelyn said she will tell me the same thing. A Very disappointing and very frustrating experience! Find other apartments. Read More
