The Milano is in one of the City of Torrance's best locations (west Torrance) - Close to gas stations, eating places, grocery stores, and shops, close to the beach, close to two area high schools, and a few elementary schools. The Milano and nearby apartments are also surrounded by nicely kept neighborhoods, in a low crime part of the South Bay. Tenants are nearly always quiet, there is a blend of everyone here, and, for animal lovers, dogs and cats have always been allowed, although there are... some restrictions on dog sizes and breeds. Although the rent in Milan is not cheap compared to the surrounding areas, the community environment here is very good, relatively convenient and quiet, parking is easy, community facilities are complete, and the neighbors are friendly.

So far the Milano has been a nice and quiet environment with many floor plan layout options. The amenities are nice and the parking is cheap.

Milano is a location to get away from your daily grind and relax. The amenities are the best in the South Bay. The facility is clean and its central location makes South Bay living comfortable..
