Do Not Live Here -- Unless No Other Options
Where to start with this review? Only live here if you are desperate is a good starting point.
Cockroaches, ants, no parking, cigarette smoke, crime (car broken into 2 times we lived here), a broken gate, terrible management, unresponsive maintenance team. To start off...
Garbage pickup at 7AM on the weekends, feral cats everywhere, cat urine and smell throughout, broken and filthy laundry rooms.
Disgusting pool and workout room.
Why did I move here? I was desperate and this was the... cheapest apartment I could find. Do not move here you will regret it.

quiet community
Then tenants and the employees are very kind. there are children but you would never know. i love this place. i am sure that i am not alone thank you Oscar and VIO Tustin.

They don't let sleep
They do not let sleep from very early begin to mow grass every day is the same BAD PLACE

VIO Tustin Apartments
Very nice place. Grounds are clean and well kept. Management and maintenance are very responsive when called.
