Not secure location

We lived 2+ years and security was big concern . Regular car break in with pathetic management response . No accountability for delay in service complains . Not very safe for family and kids .

Dirty, dilapidated, bug infested buildings.

AVOID..DIRTY, BUGS and OUTDATED apartments, TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE, located near a very busy loud road (Decota Rd). Planes/Jets fly right over the apartment 24/7. No central air-conditioning, no Air-Con in bedroom (hot), very dilapidated buildings that are infested with bugs. Swimming pool is always filthy dirty (fake photos, can't use the pool).Tiny gym that's only big enough for 4 adults. My washing machine was broken 4 times within 6 months, broken stove and dishwasher (no microwave) very old… rusted appliances. Have to PAY to PARK VEHICLE.

Don't Move In - Sincere Comment From Existing Resident

Don't move in if you want to stay here for over a year. They will quote you $1xx more monthly rent the second year and after. What special offer you got the first year will pay back . Their friendly way to expel you out!!!

IF I COULD GIVE SKYLARK A 0 I WOULD!!

Too expensive for an outdated, ran down, bug & mold infested apartments. They look great on the outside, but once you living here it’s awful! Management needs improvement as well. Severe trash problem. Gates are broken quite often. Outdated window, kitchen & bathroom tub is plastic and filthy. Strange orders in the apartment. Cheap old laminate floors they try to pass off as a “new”

Awful management, Dirty run down buildings

These apartments are very run down and dirty. Maintenance is horrible. Can’t swim at the pool because it is too dirty, very small and not heated. Hot tub smells bad all the time nasty. The apartment community has a trash problem with trash bins overflowing frequently, trash all over the place in the bushes and walkway. Outdated kitchens and bathrooms plastic tub, old refrigerator and oven. Theft is rampant. Very small filthy gym with old broken equipment. Skylark is NOT a luxury apartment… complex, and too expensive for the condition of the interior and exterior of the apartments, the staff must write their own reviews because Skylark is a dumpy not good place to live.
