Sommerset Apartment Homes is located in a very quiet and homeowners' neighborhood. An elementary school, Junior High, and High School are all located within walking distance. This neighborhood is non-violent and very peaceful. The apartment includes a washer/dryer per unit as well as up to date GE Appliances such as the refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, and A/C. I love the warm nights sitting on the front porch in peace and quiet. We have a workout room as well as a pool for those hot summer… days. We also are 5 minutes away from the Vacaville Outlets. When you are living lavish expect to pay lavishly. If you can afford between 1,500 and 1,800 a month for rent then this is a great place to raise a family. I highly recommend these apartments. Sommerset apartment homes' living experience is like living in your own house with very close neighbors. The neighborhood is non-violent and very peaceful.
