Plumbing issue resolved Fast! novice disposal user here and naturally , I put egg shells down which is not recommended and clogged the drain badly. Maintenance came and fixed the issue quickly and gave me some inside info on disposals, i.e. best not to use them

Not the best experience My initial tour should have been a red flag but I applied and moved in anyways to a unit I didn’t tour and it ended up having so many issues that maintenance would fix but fix very lazily. The unit was so incredibly dusty that even my own meticulous cleaning and dusting three times a week everything was covered in a layer of dust and it was impossible to keep up with and I was always sick. The plumbing was so outdated and the water was so foggy that came out of the... faucets it was concerning. Simon in the front office towards the end of my residency was one of the highlights and the view from my unit I will miss. But the office staff that was there when I moved in were not helpful or knowledgeable about much. Overall for my first apartment experience and living in my own, I wish it would have been a better experience.
